Key responsibilities

• You are responsible in supporting the team on executing the regional communication plan based on insights from each individual market and with H&M’s customer and brand in focus, setting goals, priorities and strategies to meet the global and regional overall objectives, ensuring relevance and effective brand building in the short and long term.
• Build, strengthen and protect the H&M brand with trustworthy communication, focusing on proactive Media Relation activities and reactive Crisis Management when needed.
• Drive global strategies with regional adaptations to ensure relevance and effective brand building to elevate the brand whilst optimizing results.
• You are responsible for leading complex projects ranging from region to sales market level, supporting teams in a cross collaboration, keeping a balanced workload, consistently improving processes and delivering on brand excellence.
• Securing a strong regional internal communication plan that can work effectively on sales market level with few adaptations.
