Responsibilities:

• Develop and create high-quality content for our website and social media platforms, including articles, graphics and videos.
• Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Linkedin, TikTok.
• Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers.
• Schedule and execute content, maintain social media calendar across digital channels.
• Optimise social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviors.
• Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and social media management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions

· To work closely with all project stakeholders and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from construction activities

· Handle general administration duties and provide clerical supports to site personnel

· Coordination of site delivery of materials, liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials

· Update & keep track of daily workforce

· Compile and prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports, take daily progress photos

· Attend meetings & take minutes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role in construction sites

4. Raise member concerns, complaints, and issues to management in a timely and effective manner.

5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

6. Process payments, fees, and transactions accurately using our club's booking systems.

7. Assist with promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and special events as needed.

8. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.

Required Skills and Experience

- Previous customer service experience.

- Knowledge of Sport facility operations is an asset.

- Good communication skills and outgoing personality.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
