• Organize/Hold campaigns and training courses to continually reinforce EHS awareness among the company’s employees
• Conduct routine assessments of EHS practices,and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Promptly alert the relevant Managers about any machinery/equipment that pose potential risks to the various employees' well-being
• Assess health hazards that may affect employee safety, and prioritize the necessary actions based on severity
• Provide support in the implementation of EHS policies/procedures across the company
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in relevant fields of Engineering, or Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Attended and possess WSH Coordinator Course (Level B) certification

The Reservations Officer assists the Sales and Revenue department with FIT reservations and group bookings. To receive, confirm and process reservation for the hotel and assist in ensuring maximum potential revenue is captured daily.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answers, confirms and ensures all bookings are accurately entered into the computer based on Accor standards
• Ensures filing of reservations correspondence are done systematically
• Ensures observation of Accor’s standards (Data Entry / Profile maintenance) and familiar with the different booking platforms of Accor
• Understands the Accor Live Limitless program and able to accurately execute the bookings via members’ points and answers enquiries on membership redemption for bookings
• Ensures that all pre-payment required reservations are charged on a daily basis unless there is a special billing instruction (TAs/OTAs)
• Daily checks of OTA extranets to ensure that all reservations are interfaced and synced to PMS. Especially for on-day arrivals
• Reports to Reservations Manager on unusual booking activities on OTA platforms
• Submits and follows up on no shows and late cancellation charging daily
• Ensures emails are cleared timely, particularly in relation to feedback follow ups or escalated to relevant parties
• To ensure Agents follow up daily with traces that were left by FO Team
• Follow up with Invoices and Group Rooming list with Sales Team
• Follow up on any special requests or follow-ups required for Corporate / FIT bookings
• Ensures that all groups have full payment received prior to arrival
• Communicates and alerts Operational Departments for VIP bookings
• To carry out any other duties when directed by your Superior / the Management.
