You will play an active role in conceptualizing, planning and executing activities and programmes to achieve the fundraising and stewardship needs of the KKH Health Fund programmes as well as support fundraising activities for Academic Clinical Programmes.

You will be part of the fundraising team responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and curation of major and annual gifts, as well as the organisation and coordination of various key fundraising events and efforts. This includes driving various annual and major gifts initiatives and ensuring proper governance by providing support in the reporting, as well as developing and managing various donation and donor management systems.

In addition, you will help drive the development communications portfolio, drive collaterals and messaging for the various funds and causes as well as be responsible for special projects, including the revamp of a website and video production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 to 5 years’ experience as a development officer with proven record of professional fundraising success, including significant major gift or annual giving campaigns preferably in an academic or healthcare setting
• A team player with exceptionally well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HTML, basic web design, website development experience and familiarity with video editing software is an advantage

You will support the Manager in executing the philanthropic and fundraising efforts for the Rare Disease Fund (RDF) within the KKH Health Fund (KKHHF), as well as ensuring that proper processes and procedures are adhered to in the gift processing function for all funds under KKHHF. You will help manage the stewarding of RDF key donors and maintaining strategic relationships to enable future giving opportunities, as well as ensure proper governance by providing support in the reporting of the RDF matters.

Job Scope

• Assist project or team leads in evaluating and recommending the appropriate IT infrastructure products (commercial or open source) that will meet project or customer requirements

• Take charge or support the deployment of said products, including integration and testing activities at the System-as-a-whole level

• Work with engineers from other disciplines (e.g. software, cybersecurity, integration) in the delivery of turn-key systems or proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives

Requirements :

• Required knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2k16/2k19, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and Azure Cloud

• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, system technologies, operation processes and system engineering methodologies

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies will be desirable

• Technical certification in cloud and system technologies, such as CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VCP (VMware), VMCE (Veeam), CEH etc. will be advantageous
