YOUR ROLE:

The role of Business Development Manager (Private Sector) plays an integral role in the business strategy for PALO IT Singapore. The private sector holds a significant position in our overall operations, making it imperative for someone to provide comprehensive oversight and take charge of its sustained expansion and progression. This position requires extensive collaboration, bringing together domain experts to craft go-to-market strategies that are in harmony with our company's objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, risk, competitive landscape, opportunities, and emerging technologies.
• Identify market gaps and potential growth areas.
• Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches.

Sales Operations:

• Own and deliver on the overall go to market strategy.
• Proactively identify and engage with key prospects to build a robust business development pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
• Understand client needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Establish partnerships with technology vendors, financial institutions, and industry associations.
• Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking
• Leverage these relationships to drive business growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
• Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with project management
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.

Job Description

• 20% translation work, 80% project management
• Schedule and oversee development and production of card game products
• Liaise with Japanese companies for development and production of card game products
• Translate and localize products from Japanese to English
• Proofread localized text and product designs

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates daily (Minimum JLPT N3 competency required)
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Have some knowledge in games or anime
• Adept at working both independently and in a team
• Effective decision-making skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Sensitive to cultural and linguistic nuances
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Good to Have

• Experience in playing Bushiroad’s trading card games (TCGs) will be a bonus

• Proactively interacts through face-to-face meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospect up to and including C-level executives.
• Explore and build new key account customers and channel partners in the region, (Channel partner should be qualified)
• May plan, promote, participate and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

Qualification：

• have a doctor of philosophy in Business or above , IT, IIoT
• have 5-10 years of Channel Development experience.
• have a demonstrated ability to source business through the Rootcloud IIoT eco-system.
• have experience with the Saas solution, IoT solution, Digital Transformation solution
• can speak both Thai and English fluently
• have excellent communication skills with executive-level clients.
• have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
• willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
