Qualifications and requirements:

Role:

Responsibilities

As a System/ Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

System And Network,

Able to configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.

Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless) such as Aironet / Meraki / HP Aruba is a plus.

Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.

Pre-sales to Point to Point and Client VPN.

Setup and perform troubleshooting with network technical skills, including CISCO Routers, CISCO Switches, wireless devices, Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers, and system management tools like Network Analysis.

Install WINDOWS Server O/S, WIN 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Platform for Servers, and PCs with hands-on experience in setup and configuration.

Knowledge of setup/configure VMWare, Exchange Server, SQL, and Virtual Server, along with hardware configuration experience (Server, external backup, UPS) in FAS System, HPE Storage, Synology NAL, etc.

As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

Supervision: Oversee the tasks of chambermaids, ensuring that they perform housekeeping duties systematically and uphold the cleanliness standards, including maintaining common areas in compliance with established work requirements.

Physical Requirements: Be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25kg and pushing or pulling loads of approximately 100kg. Your role may also entail physically demanding activities such as carrying furniture, dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, waste handling, as well as basic gardening and grass cutting.

Effective Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills when interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including guests, employees, and third parties. Your interactions should consistently reflect positively on the hotel, its brand, and the company.

Manual Work: Engage in activities that require frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, climbing stairs, and moving throughout the facility. You will also handle various objects and equipment to maintain the facility's cleanliness.

Administrative Tasks: Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing abilities through the use of Microsoft Office software. This is essential for tasks such as completing paperwork, generating management reports, interpreting results, giving, and receiving instructions, as well as providing training as needed.

Outdoor Work: Be willing to work outdoors, as some projects may involve outdoor environments.

Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Hotel housekeeping or relevant roles within 5-star hotels.
