What are my job responsibilities?

You will be part of the ATS Design team, which is involved in the different activities mentioned below:

• Design discussions with customer and Siemens teams.
• Documents updates based on agreed design changes.
• Usage and maintenance of the testing environments.
• Onsite installation and validation of the new software releases.
• Faults and defects analysis and follow up on the corrections.
• Interface with the local team and the offshore team to follow up on the corrections and analysis of the issues.
• Generation of reports to keep track of the outstanding issues and action plan to resolve them.
• Participation in the Testing and Commissioning activities.
• All those previous activities will be executed under the different Siemens projects in APAC region with initial main focus on JRL and DTL3 Ext ones, which are located in Singapore.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

• Degree (Master / Diploma) in technical engineering, preferably in IT / electronics engineering.
• Technical knowledge on main subsystems of a railway turnkey project, especially Automatic Train Supervision (ATS).
• Experience in working with Linux-based environments.
• Experience in reading and understanding technical requirements to generate design documentation.
• Experience in customer-oriented projects.
• Interest in working with different software tools to implement project specific ATS data and configuration.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and communication skills to interface different departments and customer.
• Willing to work as team member in international projects.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Rail9k ATS

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations while maintaining a strong rapport with clients to guarantee the delivery of top-tier services. Your primary duties will involve ensuring that our teams strictly adhere to safety protocols during all cleaning operations, facilitating the budget planning process to ensure the smooth execution of operations, and meticulously evaluating pertinent data to recommend enhancements for the cleaning processes.

Prepare work method statement and Risk Assessment for all scopes.

Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.

Facilitate budget planning for smooth flow of operations. Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.

Cleaning operations manager plans, directs and monitors the cleaning operations of the cleaning company or cleaning department. He/she oversees the management of resources on project sites.

He/she develops cleaning operational plans and manages service contracts and incidents related to cleaning operations.

Must be able to hands-on and work shift. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am), weekends, and public holidays, as assigned.

• Prepare and develop test program definition for both wafer and package test
• Ensure compliance to test program procedures and releases to production
• Liaise with different stakeholders internally and externally to ensure test programs are released accordingly per project schedule and deliverables
• Able to deep dive technically and debug test programs issues to ensuretimely deliveries* Able to communicate at all levels and updates of status per required

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
* Knowhow in microcontroller is an added advantage
* Knowledge in v93k tester platform and burn in stress testing environment
* Good troubleshooting skills
* Python, C++, VBA and VB.net programming skills needed
* Good in communication skills and presentation for both technical and project status
