Key Responsibilities

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning
• Install electronic systems including cabling and storage device
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for the electronics system
• Project management and follow-up with clients
• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issues

Oversee the daily execution of project work in accordance to the schedule, adhering to costs, time and safety targets, while maintaining compliance with external regulations, company standards, project engineering and stakeholders' requirements/ specifications.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee electrical engineering construction, maintenance and project teams

2. Apply the company’s electrical safe working procedures

3. Prepared engineering drawings, datasheets and layouts to support construction, and engineering activities

4. Review drawings to ensure that they comply with related specifications and local codes of practices.

5. Check and review drawings by draftsman and submit for approval

6. Coordinate updating of drawings for As-Built

7. Keep record of approved documents and distribute copies to related parties

8. Manage project schedule, resources, and deliverables to minimize risk and improve productivity

9. Execute project plans and monitor progress of site work.

10. Report on activity status and relevant delays and modify plans accordingly

11. Prepare progress report, equipment delivery order forms for progress claims

15. Effectively manage staff, worker & Sub Contractor

16. Conduct regular discussions with the team

17. Co-ordinate clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement by gathering requirements and feedback and resolving issue

18. Implement communications plan to ensure that stakeholders are constantly kept informed

19. Participate in progress and coordination meetings and site walks with client / main contractor and share information with related parties

20. Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures and put in place risk control measures to ensure a safe and reliable workplace environment

21. Ensure that WSH hazards have been identified and risks (including OHS) have been assessed and control measures put in place to address the hazards and risks

22. Developed safe work practice and MSRA with relevant team members

Job Requirements

*A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

*Possess a Licence for Technician or Electrician will be advantage.

*Meticulous time management and strong analytical capabilities

*Good written and oral communication skills

*Ability to work independently

Duties

(1) Laptop Tech Refresh

. Backup user's data (in old laptop)

. Setup new laptop - Follow standard procedures
. Restore user's data

. Generate Asset Issuance and Return forms

(2) Issue PSM secure thumbdrive

. Issue PSM to users

. Generate Asset Issuance form

(3) Issue RSA VPN Token and activation

. Sent mass email to user(s)

. Issue RSA VPN Token to user(s)

. Generate Asset Issuance form

(4) Wipe old machines - laptop n desktop

. Using wiping software to wipe data from harddisk

. Record serial and asset numbers

(5) Asset verification via email

. Send email to user with asset details

. Communicate with user to verify assets on hand

(6) IPU - Upgrade Window OS

. For walk-in user(s)

. Follow procedures to upgrade user's laptop

(7) Condemn old assets and return to vendor

. Prepare asset list with serial and asset numbers, brand, type

. Issue condemn items to vendor during collection

(8) And any other ad-hoc duties, when required to provide support

This Project Manager would be responsible for :

• Responsible in managing technical and commercial scope and provide a coherent engineering package to obtain fully approval from customer and end-user on schedule
