Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS cloud data platforms (S3, RDS, Glue, Redshift, …)
• Proficient in at least one core language: Python, .Net (C#)
