Job Objectives

The Bank seeking a talented and experienced Spark Scala Developer with expertise in Elasticsearch to join their team. As a Spark Scala Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing big data solutions using Apache Spark, Scala, and Elasticsearch. Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all Windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery.

• Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. They usually have a Run-Book/KB which they can refer to for immediate resolutions. They are also supposed to coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage.
