Job Responsibilities:
· Create comprehensive financial models, feasibility studies, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments to provide robust decision-making support.
· Participate in transactional activities, including due diligence processes, negotiation of key terms, and structuring of deals.
· Prepare recommendation proposals, research studies, and presentations tailored for senior management.
· Manage strategic initiatives across their entire project lifecycle.
· Foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors, such as financial experts, tax advisors, real estate consultancies, law firms, and brokers.
· Contribute to various ad-hoc responsibilities to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Corporate Development department.
Qualifications:
· Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
· Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in hospitality advisory.
· Demonstrate strong analytical and financial acumen, emphasizing attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling.
· Exhibit excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to stakeholders.
· Strike a balance between teamwork and proactive individual initiative, taking ownership, following up, and investigating issues when necessary.
· While experience in the hospitality/real estate industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
· Be confident in engaging with stakeholders of all seniority levels, translating technical language into understandable terms.
· Showcase resourcefulness and critical thinking, particularly when tackling multifaceted tasks.
· Possess intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and flexibility, capable of reconciling ideal scenarios with immediate realities.
· Maintain motivation and dedication to realizing long-term objectives while acknowledging and celebrating the achievements of initiatives with longer lifespans.
