The Senior Special Education Teacher will report to the Manager for Education and he/she will need to teach children with learning difficulties. The incumbant must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and able to behavioural managed children under responsibility.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Running the program and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to our philosophy and guidelines.

2. Carry out periodic assessment of our students to ensure that their progress is in line with the agreed objectives.

3. Ensure that tasks are carried out professionally and in accordance to stated guidelines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

Performing routine operations

• Attend toolbox meeting and ensure all the information regarding the status of each operations under his control are properly communicated and documented in patrol log and/or handover log sheets
• Supporting shift operation activities when in demand (such as shift manpower shortage or extra manning requirement during special operational period).

Emergency response

• Involve in CERT team/organization when appointed as part of CERT (Company Emergency response team)
• Participate in CERT training, drills and audits defined by EHS department
• When emergency situation occurs, follow the steps established in the emergency response plan, perform assigned role such as fire warden, first aider or rescuer

Committee and training

• Involve in Production department committee as shift representative, to provide feedback to committee and assist committee to implement action items
• Train and guide new day technicians during On-job-training

HR policy and Overtime participation

• Adhere to HR policies requirements and perform overtime duties pre-arranged with supervisor
• Where possible, participate in over-time work or emergency call-out due to urgent manpower needs in production department

We are looking for a proactive, independent and highly adaptive individual to be part of our Global Engineering Expansion team.

The position requires one to be comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, have good project management, process and integration skills and mindset for continuous improvement.

Selected candidate will be required to work closely with different stakeholders (Vendors/equipment/technology/operations) to introduce new technology or processes and ensuring its stability after implementation.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAFETY:

• Perform risk assessments to ensure all measures are taken to prevent injuries or accidents before commencing any work.
• Identify and report any hazard.

Project:

• Initiate and lead projects relating to cost reduction, efficiency/power, and reliability improvements.
• Work with stakeholders from cross functional teams to establish the project timeline, the execution plan and identify the resources required.
• Identify any risk pertaining to safety as well as any potential delay and provide alternative solutions to the issue.
• Ensure the timely completion of key milestones as well as delivery of key project indicators.
• Lead in resolving any quality issues and providing timely updates on the progress.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunity for improvements or support any ongoing investigations

Benchmarking:

• Familiarize with current market news and trend
• Perform benchmarking studies to understand various vendor and competitor cell performances.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research:

• Perform research on improvement ideas and carrying out experiments to test hypothesis.

• Degree in Materials / Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge in semiconductor/solar cell and module processes preferred.

• Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and datamining

As a Senior Process Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the execution of PV activities/studies to support the timely and successful validation of new technology transfers into Lonza Singapore production facility and validate changes or continued validation for commercial customers.

The role will lead in the preparation for PV activities (ordering of materials, training) for assigned customer projects per pre-defined schedule and lead investigations into PV related discrepancies and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the execution of PV activities/studies that validate changes or continued validation for commercial customers, in accordance with approved SOPs / Policies / Regulatory requirements for Lonza Singapore
• Author validation protocols and reports
• Develop Validation Plans and ensure the validation execution activity meets scheduled timelines.
• Participate in review and approval of PV Protocols / Reports. Review minor/ major deviations.
• Provide floor and on-call support and coordination for PV activities being executed on the production floor. Maintain oversight of on-going PV activities on the production floor. Escalate issues to management appropriately and interface with customer on issue resolution. Follow all applicable MFG safety policies.
• Lead in the preparation for PV activities (ordering of materials, training) for assigned customer projects per pre-defined schedule.
• Lead investigations into discrepancies and deviations, author discrepancy reports or minor/major deviations.
• Identify and drive implementation of process improvements as required.
• Lead in the preparation of CPV reports and support preparation of APR.
• Perform work-stages review as required, to support customer BLA filing.
• Support change implementation on site and Manage change control implementation for changes that are driven by PV studies/improvement.
• Participate in inspections and audits by internal QA, customer and regulatory authorities as required.
• Review & assess Site Change Controls, implementation of Validation CAPAs and subsequent closure.
• Represent PV as a team representative in IPT/JPTs.
• Participate in on-job training program for staff and provide guidance to team members as required.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Degree or higher from recognized institution in Engineering/ Science.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Validation unit or a related manufacturing environment in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
• Familiar with Regulatory requirements and local Codes & Standards (e.g., FDA, EMEA, GAMP and ICHQ7).
• Good knowledge and experience of the practical and theoretical requirement of validation program in GMP facility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, action orientation, and ability to work well in a cross-functional technical environment.
• Exhibit good quality decision making traits.
• Team player who can operate independently, with strong focus on safety, quality and timelines.
• Demonstrated track record in completing projects under tight timelines.

• Daily Update of Project/Operation Progress to immediate superior.

• Supervise and oversee the work of Electricians and Instrument Techs, responsible for training and testing, responsible for maintenance of and compliance with electrical safety program, including LOTO System.

Structural Steel Engineer Detailer is responsible for drawing preparation, submission and detailed drawings for steel fabricators and steel erectors, prepares detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members used in the construction and monitoring the progresss of fabrication of projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and quality standards, to check the factory workers in safety postition,safety distance,make sure workers are in safe place for producing the work progress

Responsibilities:

The Asst Manager, Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) will execute the EDP of NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur) to promote and market courses, recruit participants, oversee instructors and outreach activities, manage timetabling and other related matters to ensure smooth operation of the programme. The Asst Manager is required to ensure and provide participants and instructors with good operational and administration support of the programme. The incumbent will be required to source external funding and support from the government for CET grants, submit and seek SSG’s approval for subsidies on new courses. S/he will generate monthly reports to the Director of NTUpreneur, track expenses and cost to ensure business viability, without compromising the quality and the outcome of the programmes.

Develop new Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses and promote NTUpreneur’s CET courses to attract participants

• Strategically position NTU Entrepreneurship Academy’s Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP) in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with NTU faculty and industry practitioners to develop relevant courses and activities.
• Acquire and procure external funding and subsidies for programme development.
• Mobilise internal stakeholders to design training programmes that meet funding and subsidy requirements. Play an integral role in strategic planning and programme development.

Excellent Programme Delivery to ensure good learning experience

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including class and classroom management.
• Attend to ad-hoc and urgent enquiry and help to solve problems as and when required.
• Provide on-site support and serve as the primary contact point for programme participants.

Oversee EDP’s marketing and publicity efforts

• Create a marketing plan and strategies to target at the right audience effectively.
• Draft and design publicity materials.

Engage in the Planning of the Programme for future growth

• Actively engage in and provide insight in policy and operational discussions at a team level, where required.
• Initiate in discussions with prospective corporate clients or individual participants.

Oversee Instructor and Mentors’ Schedules and Engagement

• Facilitate to increase instructors and mentors’ pool.
• Arrange and coordinate with instructors and facilitate on-site operations where required.
• Plan time-table schedule for staff and students.
• Administer and compile instructors’ evaluations.

Ensure corporate governance

• Facilitate the planning of the annual budget exercise.
• Set targets to ensure programme viability against cost of staff.
• Track financial progress to ensure proposed financial targets are met.
• Provide support in the annual audit exercise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem
• Knowledge and experience in running CET programmes
• SSG funding application processes
• Budget planning and revenue projection
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in CET management/ administration
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in working with professors, government agencies and international organisations will be advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capability to work independently to drive the execution of projects with the team
• A comprehensive network of industry contacts, including government, large corporations, SMEs and the start-up community would be an advantage

Incumbent is responsible for analyzing specimens whose results are then reported to the sponsor. Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a bio-medical, physical or biological science from an accredited college or University and one-year training and/or experience in the specialty in which testing is to be performed.
