Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure all the maintenance works carried out systematically, efficiently & safely
• By improving existing preventive maintenance system thus reduce maintenance cost and improve performance of equipment
• To be the initiator and coordinator of MOC for any addition, modification and replacement in the system
• To assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to co-ordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities
• To troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment / Systems’ problems when it runs abnormally malfunction
• To work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance programmed to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely and smoothly
• To train all technician and staffs on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section
• To assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes
• To be involved in new project management time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paper works, as well as co-ordination with contractors & Vendors
• To manage all Mechanical & electrical Instruments spare parts and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of relevant experience

• Support in the buying of goods and services for Opex
• Effectively execute the relevant S&P steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite and Receive) in order to get the right service/product at the right place at the right time
• Effectively use the supporting ERP system. Key user for OCS system
• Contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of relevant procurement contracts
• Specifically contract administration activities such as facilitate visibility and availability of contracts, manage updates, monitor and follow-up contract end dates
• Support the Manager S&P in structurally managing the supplier base, especially regarding periodical supplier performance measurement and document management as part of the Supplier Management Program

• Contribute in discussions on recommendations to improve the performance
• Develop, utilize and promote S&P Technology and systems for P2P and reporting to provide information/solutions to customers and to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of relevant purchasing experience
• Preferably experience with ERP system
• Quantity Surveying background is preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter to oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the M&E works on-site, preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects within schedule and budget. This role involves collaboration with contractors, suppliers, colleagues, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of M&E tasks from design to handover.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee M&E works on construction sites, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring adherence to codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any arising issues.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, Revit BIM for coordination, as-built drawings, and construction drawings.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports detailing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar industries in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
