You will be working directly with our director which is an excellent opportunity to touch on everything about the business. You will be wearing multiple hats in this role: BD, marketing, partnerships, operations and more. You will be provided with guidance but you must be a quick thinker, efficient worker and a problem solver.

As part of your role, some of your duties would include:

• Lead and motivate a team of executives in setting and achieving project goals.
• Support the director in expanding the brand locally and overseas. This includes researching and in-depth understanding of all our existing and future markets to propose strategies that can drive positive brand image and sales results.
• Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to propose and ensure timely executions of major marketing campaigns (Eg. Brand collaborations, merchandise, food trends). Follow up with analysis to measure the performance and effectiveness of these campaigns. Strength in social media platforms would be a plus.
• Developing good relations with our partners (eg. suppliers, delivery channels and leasing).
• If you have any experience in F&B, Marketing or start-ups, do highlight it in your cover letter. A love for Korean food, Korean Pop Culture, Korean music or anything Korean would be a huge plus
