Senior Officer, Learning and Development (L&D)

Job Summary: The main accountability of this position is to work closely with the GM HR and Senior Specialist to execute and support in Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Staff Communication, but not limited to.

Responsibilities:

· Support all efforts to effectively execute the company strategy for talent management including Learning and Development.

· Plan and manage necessary training programmes and development opportunities for all staff in accordance with employee grade, performance, criteria and business needs.
