The engineer will be developing and applying machine learning, network analysis, and multimodal data to understand information cascades in closed messaging apps.  The engineer is expected to conduct data mining, network analysis and machine learning on Telegram chats to understand information cascades revolving national issues in closed messaging apps. About you

You will be responsible for installation of Otis lifts, escalators, and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to Service. This position reports to the Project Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Safety – Ensure WWJSSS pertaining to construction activities are being adhered to.
• Quality
  • Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures.
  • Regular check to installation quality
  • Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works that affects lift installation quality.
  • Arranges for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.
  • Check the installation to be in line with the construction drawing and technical specifications.
• Supervision of all installation works,
  • Ascertain the actual location of building and study details of the lifts/lift hoist -ways/escalators.
  • Liaises with Main Contractor or Building Owner on delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
  • Ensures that the site structural dimensions correspond with that in the shop drawings.
  • Conducts regular site inspections on quality and safety issues.
  • Monitors progress of construction and plan schedule for installation.
  • Supervise all sub-contractors work at site.  Ensure sub-contractors fulfil their work scope in a timely manner without defects. 
• People Management – Supervises and controls the discipline, morale and performance of subcontractor and installation team.

Your Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ similar experiences as an Installation Supervisor/Foreman or equivalent.
• Have prior supervisory experiences to manage a team of installers or testers and subcontractors.
• Have strong technical knowledge of installation works of lifts and escalators products.
• Have knowledge of ISO procedures.
• Team player and results-oriented.

The architecture specification, design, verification, and implementation of the Wireless MCU SoCs is the responsibility of the IoT Digital team. As Senior Staff Verification Engineer, you will be working closely with the IC Design, System, and Architecture teams to develop and execute the verification plan for the next generation of IoT chips.

Responsibilities

• Block and IP Verification
• Block-level verification to validate block performance and adherence to requirements

• Architect and implement test benches using UVM-based constrained-random and formal methods
