RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Administer quality related activities.
2) Define and develop quality control plan as per customer’s requirements.
3) Prepare pre-production document for approval as per customer’s order requirement.
4) Review and approve document from vendors.
5) Work closely with cross-functional team in conducting investigation and analysis of customer complaint / non-conformances.
6) Drive CAPA process, to ensure proper closure per defined timeline, and trend for improvements.
7) Investigate, analyze and resolve product deficiency.
8) Ensure that quality system requirements implemented and maintained.
9) Coordinate with customer regarding quality issues.
10) Process customer complaints and maintain record.
11) Prepare and updated standard procedures and instructions for use within the company.
12) Prepare quality reports.
13) Conduct statistical studies to ensure process is capable.
14) Maintain/improve QMS to comply quality management system requirements.
15) Evaluate Quality System issues and procedural compliance.
16) Non-conforming materials and products management
17) Support customer audits and 3rd party inspection routines.
18) Perform new vendor evaluation and re-evaluation of approved vendor.
19) Plan, conduct and/or lead internal quality management system (QMS) audit as assigned.
20) Carry out other documentations, coordination and other activities as assigned by superior.

1) Well versed with Quality Management System Requirement.
2) Good knowledge on relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
3) Good knowledge on processes and best practices.
4) Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor of Quality System.
5) Trainer of QMS.
6) Quality Tools.
7) Measurement Skill.
8) Investigation and Problem Solving.
9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
10) Handling of Company ERP system.
11) Min Diploma in Quality or Engineering.
