• Organize, conduct Value Analysis and Value Engineering, to ensure design and cost effectiveness
• Verification of Eligible Contract Participant (ECP), in close cooperation with R&D Engineer, Project Manager, Production and Source members.
• Check for optimal feasibility and if necessary, make additions or corrections.
• Responsible for presenting impact of change to Partner Services Group (PSG) with costs, lead-times, scrap risk & forecasted effectivity dates
• Lead product change management and its implementation in SAP/Teamcenter by participating in PSG meetings

• Plan and implement of preventive and predictive maintenance program (electrical/instrument aspects) for new equipment / facility. This includes the setting-up and organising the calibration and validation of instrument to meet FDA requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation or related subjects
• Minimum 2 years related experience in the chemical process or pharmaceuticals industry.
• Sound working knowledge on major electrical system (eg. Transformers,
