Your Role:
The Technical Support Engineer provides consistent, world-class support for Tenable cybersecurity products (Tenable Holdings Inc, NASDAQ: TENB). In serving as the primary liaison between the company and customer, the TSE resolves real-world technical challenges by supporting cutting-edge vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software across complex, multi-faceted customer deployments.
Our TSEs possess excellent knowledge of security assessment, vulnerability management and compliance auditing capabilities along with the drive to rapidly learn the newest technologies. · The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer (Senior / Assistant), you are responsible for maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in the manufacturing, engineering and other industrial production processes. You are to ensure that all machineries and equipment are in good working conditions as and when are needed.

Responsibilities

1. Manage, oversee and lead the Maintenance team to ensure minimum downtime of Facility, Machinery and Equipment.
2. Strategize on maintenance regime, maintenance supplies, work instruction and methods.
3. Create plant preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
