Responsibilities

· Focused towards working with customers to ensure smooth delivery of projects as part of our professional services team

· Work in tandem with pre-sales/solution architects and project manager, to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based, hybrid or on-premises solutions for customers

· Ensure infrastructure and application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high services delivery standard though a robust architecture design and implementation

· Involved in discussion with solution architects, customers, and external vendors/partners to define cloud strategy and technical solutions, including scope and implementation plans

· Assist with researching, evaluating, and recommending cloud related technologies, software, hardware and services as part of the total solution

· Deliver cloud, virtualization, and data storage related projects including architecture design, planning, installation, and configuration of cloud and on-premise infrastructure services

· Carrying out installation, configuration, monitoring, testing and management tasks associated within the cloud and on-premise infrastructure

· Drive automation of operational activities, health checks, capacity, and performance monitoring

· Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis as well as implementing corrective/preventive actions when needed

· Responsible for day-to-day customer support and administration of cloud services as required if not involved in project implementations.

· Define and document best practices and operational procedures regarding solution deployment and infrastructure maintenance to ensure a smooth handover to customers or managed services team

· Develop and maintain Terraform configurations for multi-cloud environments, Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployments.

· Preferred to have HashiCorp Vault, including Setting up and managing Vault cluster.

Core Technical Skills Required

· 4 to 8+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer.

· Devops, Terraform, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Scripting ( Shell or Python )

· Must have hands-on experience in Terraform.

· Must have experience in Cloud - AWS and Azure

· Preferred to have experience in creating, deploying & managing Kubernetes clusters in AWS EKS, Redhat OCP.

· Good to have experience working & deploying micro-services with Docker, AWS EKS, Redhat OCP.

Requirements:

Job Description:

1. Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs in all aspects of M&E works.

2. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

3. Oversees M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical matters or site issues.

4. Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering.

5. Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.

6. Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans.

7. Attend MEP meetings.
