Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. The successful candidate will also be the Sales Admin for the APAC Sales Team and will work closely with Finance, Billing and the Global Salesforce Operations Team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Role Responsibilities
•Managing user training and documentation of sales processes and Salesforce Usage
•Ownership of the communication of any platform changes to end users as well as technical documentation to track changes to the Salesforce platform
•User access management and monitoring user adoption, communicating with end users about Salesforce usage
•Taking the lead in improving data quality in Salesforce platform and gathering feedback or requirements from users and stakeholders for system upgrades or user experience improvement
•Partnering with the wider Salesforce Operations Team and any third parties to implement system upgrades or resolve support tickets for end users
•Assisting Sales teams with the CPQ process within Salesforce, including but not limited to new contracts and amendments/renewals
•Managing the issuance of financial and tax documentation to clients to expedite the payment of invoices liaising with various finance stakeholders
•Liaising between sales reps and finance for aged debt issues, invoice queries and helping to manage the annual CPI increase process
•Ensuring communication with finance, billing and operations to manage the termination and removal of associated services
•Working with the regional heads of sales and individual sales reps to refine or customize salesforce usage dashboards
•Communicate and liaise with other sales administrators on global and regional sales initiatives, campaigns and other business related activities
Experience / Competences
Essential
•Skilled in use of Salesforce.com and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Experience of CPQ/billing modules in Salesforce.com
•Certified Salesforce Administrator credentials
•Experience working in and around a Global Sales Team
