Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.
• Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving way.
• Plan and execute on cost saving and reduction program and activities.
• Assist in expedite, including and not limiting to interface with local and overseas suppliers for any contractual agreement and urgent requirement.
• Establish and maintain communication, working closely with internal customers to meet tight timeline.
• Pre-qualify, evaluate and assessed suppliers‘ performance to meet company’s requirements.
• All other procurement activities including of price calculation, discounts or freight charges prior to generate and process purchase orders, follow up with good credit terms negotiation and application, resolution of invoicing discrepancies from suppliers, and maintaining of Approved Vendors List.
• Maintain and updates all related documents and data that will support procurements activities and management administratively, conformity, legality and commercially.
• Scope of responsibility also covers affiliate and branch offices. Hands-on of operations are expected when required.
• Review and propose process improvement.
• Additional responsibilities and job scope to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (including power engineering)
• Knowledge of computer software application. E.g. word, excel.
• Knowledge in Harsh Environment and TSI.
• Able to handle General Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on, positive work attitude.

4X Technologies is one-stop ELV System provider and a Systems Integrator specialized in Security & Communication Systems, i.e. Public Address, CCTV, Card Access, Intercom, Fireman Intercom, Intrusion Alarm, Emergency Call, Door Monitoring, Fire Alarm and Professional Sound Systems. We are on a lookout for a Procurement Executive and the selected trainee will be reporting and working closely with the Director. Your main responsibility would be to acquire the necessary technology and equipment to ensure the proper functioning of various low-voltage systems in buildings and infrastructure.

Individual to be involved in:

1. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to understand the specific ELV system requirements for the project.

2. Identify the scope of ELV systems, including security, communication, audio-visual, and data systems.

3. Research and identify potential ELV equipment and system vendors or suppliers.

4. Evaluate vendors based on their expertise, reputation, product quality, and pricing.

5. Invite qualified ELV system vendors to submit proposals. Review and assess vendor proposals, ensuring they align with technical and functional requirements.

6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with selected vendors. Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to ensure the chosen ELV solutions provide value for the project.

7. Identify potential risks related to ELV procurement and implementation.

8. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Job Summary:

The Customer Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the Customer Program Manager on the day to day activities which includes the execution of one or more simultaneous products or programs under development or NPI transition through volume production, and supports day to day customer order fulfilment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• GeneralPaperwork: pre-acceptance checklist, NOC, Documents downloading etc.;
  • Set up document filing system and file the sales orders, commercial documents and other paperwork copies;
• Order Management
  • Maintain sales orders: create, change or cancel sales orders in ERP system and notify the related personnel in a timely manner;
  • Notify Production Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing of new orders or order changes; provide affirmatory delivery/ship dates to customers;
  • Shipment coordination: Print Sales Orders, shipment alert to customers, etc.
  • Handle sales order cancellation - accept or decline customer order cancellation request after materials and production status check;
  • Keep good and effective communication with Production Planner, Buyer, Manufacturing team to assure on time delivery to customers;
• Inventory Management
  • Work with Planner to validate ECO/ECR, cost/inventory incurred, and follow up with inventory Scrap/rework activities
  • Coordinate with QA to handle RMA (Return Materials Authorizations).
  • Support and participate in MRB meeting and follow up on disposition
  • Generate various reports (Inventory, consignment reports etc.)
  • Assist Customer Program Manager to track the excess/dead/slow materials inventory caused by customer ECO, order changes, order cancellations
• Commercial Assist Account Receivable to collect outstanding payment from customers.
  • Support and assist with Quotes/costing related requirements
  • Obtains missing quote information (drawings, specs., other) from Customer’s portal
• Work with Cost Accountant to validate costed BOM
• Receive and perform necessary analysis against the customer MRP forecast
• Notify the related personnel of the customer forecast demand information in a timely manner.
• Provide support to customers upon request or when needed;
• Mail the invoices to customers without delay;
• Collect and analyse the sales-related data;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and analysis based upon sales data churn out.
• Attention to detail with exceptional organization and follow up skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, particularly Excel) and database (SAP or related ERP at the site) experience.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Associates Degree/Diploma or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, revise and plan the maintenance schedule
• Inspect and oversee all maintenance visits are completed before end of contracts.
• Monitor all follow-up jobs and KIV to ensure engineers accomplish it and inform the finance team.
• Facilitate communication between the sales and operations teams.
• Support Service Operations Engineers in achieving their service sales goals.
• Strengthen partnerships with both contractual and non-contractual clients.
• Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
• Uplift and encourage department employees.
• Perform ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum certificate in science or engineering, or similar studies
• Capable of using Microsoft Office programs
• Communication, verbal and written skills
