Job Responsibilities

Fund administrators are primarily responsible for the accounting, monitoring, and reporting transactions and values of the investment portfolio. They look into the management of the performance of funds and attend to the needs of the investors by providing the fund valuation. They prepare timely and accurate fund accounting output, including net asset values, yields, distributions for subsequent review, and accounting for investment portfolios including securities, real estate, or commodities. Their work thus consists of fund accounting and back-office tasks.

• To provide daily support on administrative duties as fund administrator
• To assist in fund accounting activities which includes performance reporting, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, subscriptions/redemptions etc
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Trade processing and reconciliations
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc
• To prepare and generate investment and clients’ asset portfolio reports
• Perform closing of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts
• Other ah-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable and meticulous to figures and driven to meet deadlines.
• Accounting software - XERO, Netsuite, Fundcount, Finartis etc

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
• Primarily responsible for the administration of the Staff/Faculty and Student Intranet Portals running on SharePoint Online and other supporting platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services and third party components.
• Develop, configure, implement and maintain applications and sites within the SharePoint environment and the Power Platform to support user and business requirements.
• Manage the configurations and administration of digital workspaces running on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Provide support to end-users directly or with assistance from the respective product support teams and supporting vendors.
• Create and administer sites and site collections and assist users in site development.
• Create, plan and execute end-user training sessions for staff.
• Assist in other technical areas outside of but related to Microsoft 365.
• Recommend and document best practices for software configuration, site permission policy, and site template management.
• Establish and help maintain end user access policy and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain operational performance of supported systems and roll out regular security/system patches to maintain the security and integrity of the systems.

• Diploma / Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the administration, configuration and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Highly desirable to possess strong technical knowledge, skills and experience with
• PowerShell, Active Directory/ADFS, DNS, security best practises
• SharePoint site development (JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS)
• Web parts or custom solutions for SharePoint Online.

• Provide user training and develop user guides and technical documentation for supported systems, for all phases of systems / projects within area of responsibility.

Senior Salesforce Admin

Background

The company has a global CRM in Veeva and just started up a large project to move to a

Salesforce enabled 360 CRM solution, combining the strengths from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and

Marketing Cloud. The in-house CRM team supports both the incumbent Veeva setup but is also

accountable for the development of the new Salesforce implementation. The inhouse CRM team is a

global one with team members in Singapore, various European countries and Atlanta, USA. We are

currently looking for an interim assignment that will cover for a maternity leave.

Key activities and deliverables

• Participate in analyzing business needs: By understanding the business processes and
• identifying, the solution analyst is responsible to solve issues in a scalable way, while

• Be involved in peer-testing to quality assure the developed solution
• Be active within the development team; share experience and best practices with other team members

Required experience and skills

• 5 years experience in a SFDC admin role in a large international company.
• Experience working with both Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and preferably Marketing Cloud.
• Experienced in agile ways-of-working with a product and user centric perspective.
• Good analytical skills. The solution analyst must have experience, certifications and knowledge in being a SFDC System Admin.
• Good experience in Data Modeling and Reporting in SFDC: The solution analyst must have experience in database and data mapping.
• Adhere to design principles and visual guidelines: The solution analyst is responsible for using and as needed assisting in the design guidelines and principles that the development team is using
