Procurement officers are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of procurement process which includes evaluation & comparing of medical instruments/devices or consumables
• Oversees daily operational procurement activities for all surgery centres and corporate office
• Involve in negotiation on quotations and purchasing contracts to achieve cost savings and favourable purchasing terms
• Keep records of requisition requested by users for submission and processing of purchase requisition upon obtaining CEO’s approval
• Manage and build good rapport with suppliers
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to improve or reduce operating costs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures
• Independently manage procurement activities as assigned
• Maintain stock inventory and transfers if any
• Ensure business compliance with regulations and requirements such as MOH and other related governing bodies
• Verify items purchased and update into the inventory system
• Generate the Purchase Requisition/Order from the system
• Ensure invoice amount are in accordance to quotation prior to preparing of payment to suppliers
• Maintain a fluid communication with internal team members on their requests
• Manage and lead annual stock inventory audit with nursing team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant experience in procurement for healthcare industry
• Knowledge of stock inventory system (SCMS) will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Good collaboration and be a team player is a must

Responsibilities

· Define and execute the production strategy and project plans for each project, directly or collaborating with various teams;

· Administrate and approvals to ensure that deliverables are being reviewed against established project objectives by all necessary stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and other creative teams;

Skills/Requirement

· 5+ years of experience managing Office 365 environments.

· Strong understanding of Office 365 services and applications.

· Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

· Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration.

· Familiarity with security and compliance features in Office 365.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

We are seeking a skilled MS SQL Database Administrator with extensive experience in database management, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing SQL Server instances (2014, 2016, 2019), performing installations, upgrades, migrations, and supporting application deployments. Knowledge of Oracle and DB2 is a plus. This role requires collaboration with application developers to ensure optimal database design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, upgrade, and migrate MS SQL Server databases (versions 2014, 2016, 2019). Plan and execute database upgrades, including migrations from end-of-life MS SQL Server instances to supported versions.
• Work closely with application developers to provide database solutions, including SQL writing and optimization for application deployments.
• Monitor and resolve slow SQL queries, locks, and blocks. Provide expert advice on troubleshooting and optimization of stored procedures and overall database performance.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration of SQL Server instances to ensure optimal performance. Manage backup and restore operations and schedule tasks using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of all databases. Implement proactive measures for monitoring and maintaining the databases' health and security.
• Resolve incidents and problems related to databases or third-party products, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• Participate in deploying and configuring solutions in cloud environments. Automate cloud operations and develop infrastructure automation scripts. Engage in continuous improvement of cloud-based solutions.
• Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
• Proven experience with SQL Server versions 2014, 2016, and 2019, including installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Strong experience in performance monitoring, tuning, and incident resolution.
• Experience in managing database backups, restores, and ensuring high availability.
