The Freight Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our freight invoice audit processes. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of freight billing practices and have competency in optimizing invoice audit processes. In this role, you are to maintain close collaboration with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and DFS 4PL Control Towers to ensure freight invoices are submitted in full and on a timely manner.

Claim management would be the next area that Freight Supervisor need to focus on in ensuring all claim is being followed up closely and appreciate claim metrics is being measured.

The Freight Supervisor also have responsibilities for ensuring Inbound Delivery (IBD) are available promptly and accurately to avoid delays in goods receiving process.
