• Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Demonstrations: Set up product demonstrations and provide customers with hands-on experiences to showcase the features and benefits of audio products.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product display.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and manage complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or audio equipment.
• Strong interest in and passion for audio products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
