The Procurement Department (PD) is responsible for leading all global procurement efforts to efficiently and effect able the company to maximize the value they receive from suppliers to meet their objectives.

• Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities, and delivery timescales.
• Window person to Suppliers and their counterparts.

• Prepare accurate and timely reporting of monthly cost savings.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating prospective suppliers.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing of machinery and parts would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of RPA, Power BI would be a plus point.
• Energetic, Self-driven, and possess a good working attitude.

About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of Digital Procurement team and you will report to the Head of Digital Procurement.
