• Tracking of consignment invoices to ensure charges in SAP
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with Operating Theatre Support team/ Nursing Team(s) in service delivery.
• Liaise with Department/ Vendors in management of surgical stock items and inventory items in department, ensuring supply stock level are optimal and available for use.
• Monitors expiry dates of consumables supply and arrangement of storage/ issue using "first in first out" principle, ensuring that out dated / expired items/ redundant items are removed from use.
• Supervise the store assistant in topping up of surgical items in the operating rooms.
• Monitor outstanding orders/ contracts and report to manager
• Team work with Ops Support team in managing renovation projects/ facility upgrading projects.
• Demonstrates familiarity with the mass disaster plan and participates in the mass casualty exercises according to the assigned role and responsibility.
