Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.
• Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
• Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
• Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
• Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
• Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
• Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.
• Keep store areas clean and orderly.
• Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
• Collect or do delivery of consumables.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.

Job Description:

Provide services to support the procurement activities in mitigating any potential risks in the following areas (including but not limited to):

• Review and support all technology sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ requests, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, conduct market research, contract renewals etc.)
• Provide timely advice to internal stakeholders on the procurement activities relating to sourcing and contractual matters

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint
• Positive with good attitude, eager to learn, Project management skill
