Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Perform daily trade capture and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in settlement processes.

• Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Take on a range of day-to-day operational duties as required by the team.

Qualifications / Ideal Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience working in operations or middle office functions, ideally within a buy-side firm.
• Strong understanding of trade capture, lifecycle management, settlement, reconciliation, and margin call processes.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Coding skills in VBA, Python, or other programming languages are highly preferred, with a strong ability to automate processes and work with data.
• Experience with Azure SQL database management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge communication gaps between trading and technology teams.
• Experience or familiarity with financial derivatives will be an advantage.
• Proficient in office IT software, including Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
