Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of networking protocols and technology (LAN and WAN)
• Knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) and software.
• Knowledge & experience on routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, BFD, EIGRP, BGP, QoS, FNF, PfR etc
• Cisco DMVPN
• F5 LTM, ASM, APM.
• Checkpoint Firewalls.
• Cisco Firepower
• VPN
• Managing and supporting ZScaler ZIA and ZPA environments, troubleshooting network and security issues, ensuring system performance
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication, both verbal and written, skills
• Hands on Experience in Cisco Catalyst Wifi (Wireless LAN Controllers & Access Points). Prefer 9000 series experience, like 9800, 9166
• Cisco Catalyst LAN Prefer 9000 series experience, like 9300, 9200
• Azure a plus

Qualification:

• CCNA/CCNP Certification

• Lead pricing models, support Sales teams, and navigate cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal agreement structures. Lead global pricing strategies, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement in pricing policies and processes.
• Develop deep product expertise and leverage cloud/industry understanding to address customer needs and win agreements.
• Foster strong partnerships across teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product) to shape challenges and drive business outcomes.
• Apply strategic thinking to take on problems, engage executive leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes. Contribute to building a team, demonstrate initiative and entrepreneurship, and embody Google's values.
• Guide the team on pricing strategies and best practices related to the evolving cloud landscape.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 6 years of experience with infrastructure B2B pricing or business strategy.

Preferred qualifications

• Technical experience (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• Experience working on agreement pricing with Sales or customers.
• Excellent spreadsheet modeling and quantitative analysis skills.

About The Role

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) administers full-time and part-time undergraduate degree and graduate programmes.

SUSS Student Life (under Student SUcceSS Centre) aims to create an enabling culture that empowers students to maximize their personal potential. This is realized by supporting students to strengthen their well-being, and helping students develop their unique potential to contribute actively to SUSS and the wider community. SUSS Student Life also organises and implements student leadership, onboarding, inclusion and well-being programmes for the personal and professional development of students.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Special Education Needs (SEN) project team that will review various systems, processes and programmes that support Special Needs students. The candidate will also curate curriculum to enhance capacity of SUSS to provide support to Special Needs students.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop an inclusive framework to guide curriculum for students and staff.
• Design programmes or courses for SUSS students and external partners with special needs.
• Design and deliver workshops to enhance SUSS staff's capacity to support SEN students.
• Conduct workshops for employers to develop skills in hiring and managing SEN students.
• Work with instructors to integrate inclusive practices into curriculum.
• Partner with organisations to identify training needs and explore collaborations.
• Create learning communities for staff and students to share ideas and best practices.
• Establish indicators to measure programme impact.
• Review feedback from participants and industry partners to enhance programmes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programmes and initiatives.
• Support various functions and events across Student Success Centre offices.
• Attend professional training and development relevant to the role.
• Assist with additional tasks and participate in university-wide activities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a background in developing Special Needs Curriculum, have a strong ability to lead the development and implementation of programmes, are able to forge strong partnerships and are committed to the preparation and development of students. Candidates should be intellectually nimble; have an eye for detail as well as collaborative possibilities; and the ability to tackle challenging situations with finesse and determination. A strong passion for people development is also expected. Having a good understanding of the special needs ecosystem is a plus.

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in special needs curriculum development.
• Team player, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with a strong eye for detail.
• Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills.
• Intellectually inquisitive; with a good awareness of current and global affairs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to travel as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
