Main Responsibilities:

Contamination Control

• Contamination Control Lead for ASM1 Manufacturing

  • Lead contamination program and strategies in ASM1 manufacturing.

  • Represent ASM1 Manufacturing in the Contamination Control Network (CCN) and actively collaborate with the network

  • Responsible for metrics review and reporting pertaining to the contamination control program

  • Serve as subject matter expert during regulatory inspections for contamination control related topics

  • Work closely with Compliance and cross-functional teams to ensure prompt follow-ups on inspection requests

  • Develop and build up ASM1 Manufacturing’s technical expertise and capabilities to ensure site inspection readiness (e.g., pressure tests)

• Triage lead for ASM1 Manufacturing during regulatory inspections / audits

• Establish defined timelines and provide follow ups on audit findings, near misses and lessons learnt

• Working knowledge of key systems including change controls, deviations / investigations, corrective / preventive actions

• Support ASM2 Manufacturing to ensure ASM2 Manufacturing inspection readiness (areas related to change controls and deviations)

Process Support

• Spearhead and champion ASM1 Manufacturing Productivity Ideation to cultivate continuous improvement culture and build a robust productivity initiatives pipeline – to drive productivity savings

  • Use of Operational Excellence (OE) tools (e.g., value stream mapping, elimination of waste) to advance productivity initiatives (from ideation to realisation)

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiative to enhance operational stability.

• Responsible for the maintenance and continuous refresh of ASM1 Manufacturing Support Team (MST) dashboard

  • To advance and optimize the MST dashboard to incorporate meaningful performance metrics

• Trained SME on Failure Mode and Effective Analysis (FMEA) and maintain risk assessments pertaining to ASM Manufacturing

  • Serve as facilitator in FMEA risk assessment discussions and engage key stakeholders appropriately to manage risk assessment revisions / updates ensuring continued compliance

• Lead, manage and implement change controls independently where applicable.

We are looking for a Technical Support Product Specialist with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

As a technical support product specialist, you will required to perform the thorough product testing and evaluation, provide technical support, advice, and to provide solutions to consumers and businesses in regards to technical, hardware, and system issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing for new product/ software prior launching
• Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
• Configuration of TV setup and other devices (i.e.; Android/ Apple devices)
• Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
• Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
• In-house repair and maintenance of TV that is exchanged by customer
• Support warehouse disposal activity
• Other duties as assigned

• Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite TV Technician or relevant experience
• Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to perform overtime work when required
• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.

Job Objectives

To ensure correct and timely dispatch of goods in accordance with Satair’s goals and strategies

Job Responsibilities

• Booking of shipments of customers’ orders
• Issuance of invoices and relevant shipping documents
• Arrangement for shipments being executed according to Satair’s policies and/or the customers’ shipping instructions
• Submission of shipping details to Satair’s customers
• Updating/maintenance of Satair’s shipping database re customers’ shipping instructions
• Inform relevant customer interfacing functions/colleagues about potential deviations to agreed transport/shipping agreements
• Maintain accurate records of all relevant documents
• Perform shipment booking according to order priority
• Control of and booking of freight invoices
• Ensure releasing of shipments to forwarders correctly
• Strong ability to manage multiple ERP systems and processes across different business units
• To pass DG course and carry out DG declaration for outbound shipments

Job Requirements

• Preferably able to work in different shift patterns
• Inexperienced Higher Nitec and Diploma graduates will be considered.
• Be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experienced working with ERP system, preferably SAP
• Ability to handle multiple ERP system
• Good knowledge about freight forwarding industry and incoterms
• Candidates with knowledge and certificate to issue "Dangerous Goods" documents will have an added advantage
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team with good teamwork and eye for details.
• Be able to work on shift
• Be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Basic IT skills
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes tools or G-suit
• Familiar with work-related routines under Satair’s ERP system
• Good knowledge about PC Doc and various freight forwarder systems
• Good knowledge about transport/shipping. Hereunder INCO-terms
• If required, knowledge of and certified to issue “Dangerous Goods” docs and freight handling of same
