Roles and Responsibilities

• To support planning, administration, and technical support of Windows and VM capabilities including capacity uplift, compliance remediation, upgrades and patching consultancy for Constellation.
• Systems Engineering and Administration is responsible for planning, administration, and technical support of operating system capabilities. Includes designing, developing, and troubleshooting or debugging software programs for enhancements and new products. Software tools include operating systems, networks, utilities, and web resources

Requirement and Skills

• Candidate should at least have 3-5 years’ experience in a financial industry and operate a sizeable amount of Windows servers on VMware.

- Skills in communication and negotiation to ensure that every acquisition complies with business requirements.

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Attention to detail.

• Responsible for the group’s procurement and purchasing matters
• Source new and alternative products and suppliers, negotiate price and ensure timely fulfilment
• Conduct regular inventory check and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Maintain and update the company’s purchasing system
• Source quotes for shipments and ensure imports and exports are handled efficiently
• Establish KPIs to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness
• Work closely with cost controller to formulate or review current policies and best practices in procurement functions
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports and submit to Management
• Other ad-Hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years experiences working in a similar capacity. Candidates without diploma but with more experience will be considered.
• Experience in the F & B industry is a must
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Meticulous with good business acumen
• Proven track record of procurement expertise

Job Responsibilities:

· Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications;

· Consistent maintenance of inventory

· Liaising with external vendors and suppliers on medication and supplies;

· Execute internal/ external communications.

· Execute processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow.

· Analysis of Stock levels (past/present/forecast)

· Stock take and order resupply

· Fault reporting

· Coordinate with the clinic to ensure the availability of medications;

· Ensure prompt delivery of controlled drugs to clinics;

· Conduct regular audits on work processes;

· Monitor and collate statistics on clinical operations, key performance indicators and submit reports periodically.

· Prepare and submit daily reports and other ad hoc reports

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least at diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of medications is a plus

• Preferably experienced in Healthcare / Medical care industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently in a dynamic fast pace environment with a passion for improving operations

• Liaise with Users and Vendors for Procurement related activities.
• Solicit best bids in accordance with the company’s standard procurement policies and procedures.
• Address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions to Vendors.
• Assist Procurement Manager to prepare and conduct bids evaluation analysis.
• Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
• Expedite for vendors’ quotations and users’ decision in accordance to agreed timeline.
• Assist Procurement Manager to prepare procurement related documents.
• Manage proper e-filing of Procurement related documents.
• Assist to archive hardcopy of old RFQ documents and organise vendors’ samples.

• Preferably Diploma/Degree Holders.
• Meticulous with strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Able to multi-task and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, passion to develop a career in Procurement.
• Proficient with MS Office software and other relevant applications.
• Willing to work during events day for assigned event duties.
• Office is located at Changi Airport Terminal 2.
