Job Summary:

The Procurement Division comprises of three functional teams in the domain of Governance, Operations and Category Management & Special Projects overseeing all procurement policies, systems and activities.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
• Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs, including coordinating with various stakeholders and providing advisories to requestors to facilitate sound buying decisions through the right balance between public accountability, the prudent use of funds and operational efficiency.

Procurement Management & Sourcing

▪ Assist to embed the branch’s sourcing and outsourcing procedures in identifying, evaluating and selection of vendors

▪ Assist in the management of direct purchasing activities within the procurement unit, through managing end-user requisitions for facilities management services and consumable items and managing and monitoring of the procurement lifecycle.

▪ Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Role Review

The incumbents will report to the IPM Director and play a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities. Key responsibilities will include conducting market assessments, developing business cases, supporting transaction structuring, and overseeing integration for new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Transaction Support:

Requirements

• At least 10 years in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or Big Four firms, with a focus on strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and accounting.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully facilitate and managed complex transactions from initiation to completion stage preferably in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/Energy Transition/ Infrastructures space
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields like engineering, economics, mathematics, or law. Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CA, CVA, or CFM) are preferred.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including financial statement analysis, detailed financial modeling, and transaction structuring.

Senior Specialist, Market Risk

The Senior Specialist, Risk Management (Market Risk) is responsible for the monitoring of the Branch’s level of market risk in Treasury’s business activities and ensuring there is sound risk management practices.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor Treasury’s trading activities and portfolio risk profiles to ensure that they are operating within risk limits (Stop-Loss, DV01, FX Delta and Off Market/Exception)
• Ensure high level of integrity and accuracy in preparation of risk information/reporting
