Job Responsibilities:

Courier Service Management

• Submission of vendor invoices based on weekly basis
• Arranging the DHL courier management
• Arranging other local courier management
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Printing Management

• Business Card for new and existing staff
• Staff ID printing for new staff
• Collecting of ID Staff for resign staff
• Newspaper management includes daily distribution
• Submission of vendor invoices as per request

Stationaries Management

• Weekly stationeries order includes mineral water and pantry items
• Weekly submission of vendor invoices
• Monitoring usage and stocks control
• Handling mailroom cleanliness and arrangement

Monthly Invoice Submission

• Building Rental – Mapletree Business City

• Utility – SP Services & Tuas Power Supply
• Landscaping – Green Profile

Fixed Asset

• Maintaining accurate records of all company-owned physical assets, including purchase price, date of acquisition, and depreciation details.
• Performing regular asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or missing items.
• Coordinate with other departments such as finance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding fixed assets.

Ad-hoc Duties

• Project based request on festive gift

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders in performing cost calculation and pricing on existing and new services/ projects.
• Ensure Service master is updated and accurate for system go-live.
• Prepare, formulate, and rationalise price revision proposal to ensure organisation’s financial sustainability, while taking into consideration patient bill impact.
• Work with IT vendor to maintain efficient SharePoint workflow as part of continuous process improvement, including the identification and resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report SharePoint workflow turnaround time.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of data files for internal management reporting.
• Support annual cost refresh/ updates on services.
• Provide Business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance, Finance Analytics, Business or equivalent
• Experience on costing, pricing analysis
