Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms under supervision of Housekeeping Supervisor. Room Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom.

About the role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Strata Management business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. Reporting to the Site Head, you will perform a variety of technical tasks such as hands-on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance, to keep the facilities at optimal condition. Roles & Responsibilities

Duties

1) Washing and Cutting of vegetables

2) Cutting and marination of meat

3) Learning to cook of food (stir fry, deep fry, steaming)

3) Maintenance of all kitchen equipment

4) Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness

5) Manage kitchen staff

6) Daily stock take and ordering

7) Checking of invoices and goods upon arrival

*Responsibilities:*

- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

- Provide regular updates on portfolio performance and recommend adjustments based on client objectives.

4. *Asset Allocation:*

- Assist in developing and implementing asset allocation strategies tailored to clients' investment objectives.

- Monitor and rebalance portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic asset allocation targets.

5. *Due Diligence:*

- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing financial statements, management teams, and market conditions.

6. *Regulatory Compliance:*

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

7. *Performance Reporting:*

- Generate and present performance reports to clients, highlighting investment returns, risks, and market conditions.

- Make recommendations for optimizing portfolio performance.

8. *Relationship Management:*

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

9. *Technology Utilization:

- Stay current on advancements in financial technology to enhance operational efficiency.

10. *Continual Learning:*

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on industry trends, investment strategies, and financial products.

- Pursue relevant certifications to enhance knowledge and credibility in the field.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree, Local Diploma, A Levels

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Investment Management Associate:

- Represent a top Global Bank

- Portfolio Management (Unit Trusts and Funds)

- Update investors on market movements

- Onboarding of new investors through Business Development

- Attend monthly investment monthly fund house talks and market updates (fully funded by company)

- Relationship Management with existing clients and external stakeholders
