• Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties.
• Prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) upon customers' request and etc.
• Perform Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable function and also finance reconciliation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possesses a minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels qualification with 1 year of relevant finance experience.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• People oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors / customers / staff).
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 12.30pm or Mondays to Fridays: 1.30pm to 5.30pm
• Able to commit for 1 year minimum
• Singaporean or PR only.

1. To Oversee daily operation and activity for Department

2. Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. Liase with HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements:

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Description-

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Accountable for the smooth running of designated area
• Clearing of used soiled cutleries from diner’s table (cutlery collection)
• Arrange table settings of crockeries and cutleries according to company’s standards
• Assist in stock ordering
• Preparing ingredients, check dessert quantity and expiration
• Tidy up workstations, wash tea and ice buckets, water kettle, utensils, etc
• Other ad-hoc duties

Salary-

Gross salary from S$2,750 - S$3,200+
+ Sales incentives (if any)

Requirements-

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Must be fluent in speaking English and Mandarin in order to liaise effectively with majority of customers
• Able to withstand long working hours
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Must be able to handle non-halal food / liquor
