Job Responsibilities

• Exhibit the highest standards of customer service with clear transparent communication to the banker articulating requirements and time commitments

• Analyze AML risks associated with the client, identify and escalate potential risks and issues as appropriate

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

• At least 3 years of KYC or related experience with strong understanding of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements (i.e. HKMA and MAS)

• Experience covering either Individuals, Corporate, Banks, Trusts, Funds, NBFIs, NOAHs, Regulated Pension clients

• Able to work independently and as a team, to contribute effectively under fast-paced environment with strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to handles escalations and drive to resolutions.

• Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to critically analyze client risk / controls.
