• They shall act as the first line of response to channel urgent feedback, faults, defects, breakdowns, repairs and damages to the relevant maintenance staff. They will inform the user of the outcome and actions taken to rectify the problem as a form of closure to each feedback.
• They shall close the feedback loop with all users on the status of issues raised to the maintenance teams in relation but not limited to, the following matters:
• (a) All queries and requests relating to services and events support;
• (b) Notification of faults and complaints relating to the services from clients and members of the public;
• (c) Requests for temporary changes to the delivery and scope of services;
• (d) Notification and responding to emergency calls;
• (e) Monitoring of alarms;
• (f) Update of progress regarding any fault notified to the Helpdesk; and
• (g) All other issues raised by users.
• They shall maintain and upkeep all faults/defects reported into the CMMS, phone calls, emails etc, and ensure that reported faults are being channelled to the staff for immediate response and follow-up.
• They shall categorise the feedback based on the KPIs and inform the urgency of the matter to relevant contractors/maintenance staff. They shall prepare monthly reports for tracking suggestions, complaints, breakdowns, etc., received together with their resolved status.

Working Hours

Rotating Shift (12 hours) - Average of 44 hours per week

While the campus is under construction, you may be deployed to National University Hospital (NUH). However, you will be working in the new Woodlands Health Campus once it is operational (estimated 2023).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing all bed allocation requests and services on a timely manner via bed booking system
• Perform bed allocation duties, complying to a set of rules and priorities levels as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to patients shall be in accordance to patients’ needs and choice where possible.
• Able to identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures.
• Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed status if required.
• Answer phone calls on bed enquires and respond to or follow up on bed/transfer requests and ambulance arrangement.
• Assist in preparation of management reports and provide statistics as and when required.
• Send out Bed Status report on a timely basis and send out notifications of BRO and bed waiting status to designated recipients if hospital BOR is high.
• Coordinate and liaise with various parties to arrange ambulance transfer and ensure any special requirements are communicated correctly.

• Assist in preparation of materials related to bed planning and ambulance services

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels, Professionals Certificate/NITEC
• Possess basic workplace English and other local languages (s) and numeracy including conversational, writing making electronic entries e.g. record information on forms, charts and checklists
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in frontline customer service and prior working experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Able to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform administration functions on the different Output Management systems namely Report2Web (R2W) and Remote Print Manager (RPM) systems.
• Liaise and coordinate Output Management requirements to the different groups and users subscribed to the Output Management systems and printing/enveloping vendor.

• Knowledgeable in Tomcat and Internet Information Services (IIS) application and web server components.
