· 4 years’ of Condominium Manager experience preferably with at least 2 years of experience in managing a condo more than 500 units

· Proficient in MS Office and IT Savvy

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Insights: Prepare and maintain comprehensive monthly and ad-hoc management reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Data Support & Analysis: Provide critical data insights and support during key meetings or ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely and actionable recommendations.
• Champion Digital Transformation: Play an active role in implementing projects focused on digital transformation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Sales & Performance Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports, accompanied by in-depth analysis of rental revenue, sales performance, and occupancy costs.
• Lease Compliance & Audit: Conduct annual audit checks on leases and tenants, oversee arrears management, and manage all tenant-related lease administration functions.
• Database Accuracy & Monitoring: Maintain and update lease data in the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability while tracking the status of lease documents and agreements.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of data analytics experiences preferably in the real estate, hospitality or banking industry.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel
• Experience working with SAP system will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, organized, and self-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the Condominium.

Duties of the above includes, inter alia, the following tasks:

• To support and assist on general administration of all building trade, site staff relating to rostering of duties, discipline, control of performance standards and staff welfare.
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade etc.
• Creating and maintaining good rapport with residents/ council members and responding to feedback through various platform such as messenger, email and/ or other digital platform.

• Attending to all emergency situations.
• Constantly check the entire development to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access.

• Preparation, conducting of Sub-Committee Meeting and preparation of minutes. To assist in Council Meeting and General Meeting and provide 1st draft of minutes.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree/ Diploma in a property related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in residential Property Management .
• Strong attention to detail, and a responsive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and to lead a team.
