Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in managing payment wallet products or financial services products with a focus on clearing and settlement.
• Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes, financial reconciliation, and industry best practices.
• Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps, with a track record of successful product launches and enhancements.
• Knowledge of payment industry regulations, payment processors, and financial networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in payment clearing and settlement.
• Familiarity with payment processing protocols, security standards, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry is a plus.

The Company

Our client, a UK MNC in the transportation industry is looking for a Manager to support them on Talent Management as well as learning and development functions.

The Role

The successful incumbent will be partnering with key internal stakeholders on succession planning and learning and development for the leadership team. Responsibilities include identifying potential talent pool to conducting learning needs analysis, designing and implementing programs, as well as conducting training. There will also be involvement in LMS system migration, managing of external vendors and planning of budget, etc.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in HR, or any related discipline, and bring along with you at least 7 years of relevant experience. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and are analytical.
