Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Gather and record accurate alumni engagement data and generate timely reports for senior management and ad hoc requests. Verify and update alumni LinkedIn data and notable alumni lists.

Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Ensure the timely creation and maintenance of SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g., WBS, fund, cost center) in line with stakeholders' requests and established SOPs.
