In this role you will:

• Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solution to one of key problems in Climate Tech
• Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys

This position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of talent programs and initiatives that aim to develop, engage and enable our talents. This will include working closely with key stakeholders on succession management, performance management, talent development, engagement and retention planning.

You will drive the leadership development pathways for the region and manage the execution and scaling up of programs to ensure all our people managers receive the appropriate support in their leadership journey. As part of the Center of Excellence for Talent you will get results by collaborating with the HR Generalists across the region and partnering with vendors to optimize our programs.

Talent Management

• Work closely with the Head of Talent to proposes and implements programs and processes that accelerate the Talent strategy
• Support the year-round planning, communication and education of the performance management process in line with talent philosophy
• Build, engage and maintain strong relationships with members of the key talent pool
• Actively participate in talent community discussions and represents our markets in the regional/global talent & learning strategies for HR topics at both Sephora and LVMH level

Succession Planning

• Play a critical role in the planning, co-ordination and execution of the talent review process – focused on talent identification and succession planning
• Lay the groundwork and preparation for all succession planning activities to support the Talent & Succession reviews with the market Heads of HR, Regional Business Partners and Business Leaders on a regular basis
• Ensure a systematic and disciplined approach to tracking and keeping talent data up to date both offline and in the HR systems
• Identify appropriate KPIs and measure the effectiveness of our Succession Planning, and prepares reports/insights to evaluates the data on a regular basis
• Participate in career conversations at the manager and below levels of the organization.

Learning & Development

• Implement functional skills and leadership programs to prepare future leaders within the organization and foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and career progression
• Work closely with Director of Talent, HRBP’s and Business Leaders to identify learning needs and appropriate development opportunities for key talents; partner with our HR teams across the regions on scaling up our talent and learning programs
• Support the creation, planning and development of high-potential and leadership development programs and pathways, including pre-program preparation of participants, post-program reviews and assessments to validate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with vendors and performance manage them with scorecards and feedback
• Collaborate with HR Tech colleagues in the region/global to drive scalablity and agility by design; identify opportunities for automation and technology solutions to expand reach and reduce administrative workload
• Conduct classroom training on a need-to-basis

Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement

• Track and measure initiatives to elavate employee engagement and experience, working closely with all HR generalist teams.
• Work with HR generalist teams to implement solutions to address concerns and improve overall workplace morale
• Weave the overall Purpose roadmap that combines DE&I vision within the Talent & Learning programs to foster a culture of equity and belonging through rollout of initiatives

Analysis & Reporting

• Maintain, analyze and report on data related to performance, talent, and learning initiatives
• Update and analyze data, find ways to streamline and improve tracking processes and produce talent management reports
• Establish ways to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies
• Track, measure and provide insights on talent & learning KPIs to measures the effectiveness of our Talent Strategy with reports and dashboards
• Support the talent budgeting process and closely manage and optimize the investment in our programs

• You are an expert in talent management, succession planning and/or learning & development with a track record of implementing impactful initiatives
• You have knowledge of the latest industry trends in Learning & Development, including the increasing impact from technology advancement and generative AI solutions
• You have experience working in a matrix environment; experience in Consumer, Retail or Luxury industry would be a plus
• You are structured and organized with strong project management skills, able to build and retain structure in a fast moving and agile environment
• You navigate complexity, deal with ambiguity and interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• You are technologically savvy and thrive on utilizing systems to simplify workflows and enabling scale and efficiency
• You recognize that your role as a leader is to challenge the status quo, always looking for ways to improve how things are done
• You have strong critical reasoning and analytical skills and a high level of professional integrity and ethics
• You are independent enough to operate with minimal supervision, while collaborative enough to find synergies with the immediate and broader teams
• You hold a degree and a minimum of 10 years in a HR generalist or Talent/L&D regional role
