Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.

As the Global Product and Marketing Manager PreFab, you’ll be part of a motivated global team advancing Prefabrication (PreFab), Modular, and Offsite (PMO) solutions. You will shape the global product portfolio and lead marketing strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in construction.

We leverage advanced technologies within the ARDEX Group to deliver rapid solutions for factory production environments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product and marketing strategies for PMO applications.

Qualifications
