The Product Owner (PO) will lead and provide technical direction for a multidisciplinary squad working within a SAFe framework. • Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.
