The role

As a Product Development Manager (Supplements & Nutrition), you will be responsible for developing our supplement product portfolio, ensuring its alignment with brand goals and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, develop new products, and enhance existing ones. Key Responsibilities:

Admin Executive - Programme Management Support will provide programme support for digital initiatives in the following areas:

Support the product development, test product features to ensure functionality, usability, and quality assurance of the digital programme (During development)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaison between users and key service providers/vendors to ensure quality service delivery, performance and service levels are met as defined in the service contracts while driving initiatives for continuous service improvements

Background and Experience required

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Operations and Service Delivery Management, preferably in Financial Industry using ITIL Processes and Best Practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes (Service Management, Change Management, Incident Management, etc.) and industry best practices.
• Experience in managing external IT service providers and vendors.
• Good knowledge and experience in following IT Technologies are preferred (such as M365, AWS Cloud, Network, Database, Applications, DevSecOps) and keen to learn & improve further.
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow and ITSM / ITIL tools would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Facilities Executive – Technical (12 month contract) to join our Singapore office. This role will support regional facilities management and maintenance duties, who will report to Regional Facilities Manager (India) and closely work with CRE team.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?

• Assist Regional Facilities Manager (India) in the daily operations of Singapore office spread across 4 floors.
• Dedicated resource on site working for FT CRE team.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect office structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Coordinate between vendors for facility issues and monitor PM activities over weekend as when required.
• Liaise with employees for facility issues and act for correction and feedback.
• Manage pantry supplies, electrical consumables, and furniture inventory.
• Manage the service vendor teams, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
• Attend any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable.

• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Sound computer knowledge, like Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and MS project.
• A certified Fire Safety Manager would be advantageous.

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
