• Understand the operating model end to end and take steps to improve areas of friction in the client journey or potential failure points from a risk management standpoint

• Collaborate with the cross section of stakeholder groups to execute the escrow product strategy

Risk Management

• Understand product programme, related country addendum as well as apply boundary criteria whilst qualifying opportunities and structuring deals
• Execute deals within the framework of deal review policy, cash pricing guidelines and operating model of the product

Governance

• Ensure basic housekeeping around revenues, financials, volumes as well as Client facing documentation etc are maintained.
• Work with countries to ensure governance framework is strictly followed at a deal level and that middle office activities are operating in compliance with established standards for risk mitigation including agreement negotiation & payments processing.
• Identify variations that arise from time to time and update product programme.
• Ensure governance and risk management matters are brought to the correct Group / Regional / Country governance and risk management committees, as appropriate.

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate :

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking managing Cash products
• Structuring deals experience is required
• Relevant product and regional experience in Asia & Middle East cash management (Deposit, Liquidity, or payments) product experience is preferred
• Arabic OR Mandarin language would be advantageous as a large part of the scope of the role involves working with Asia and Middle East clients.

About the team

Responsible for ByteDance automotive industry product sales, mainly focusing on passenger and non-passenger vehicle OEM, dealers, suppliers, mobility services providers. Responsibilities

Purpose

To support the Program Manager in strengthening existing customer relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, which include New Product Introduction (NPI), Order Administration, BOM Management and Planning.

Duties/Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers’ current and future needs
• Timely fulfilment of customers’ orders or communication of schedule revision
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time
• Respond to all customers’ inquiries promptly

Order Processing

New Product Release

• Ensure that all ECNs and BOMs are cross checked before releasing it and any ad hoc amendment to the BOM through internal ECN or waiver
• Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval.
• Define Production Routing Guide for manufacturing
• Ensure packing handling units (carton & palletization) are defined accordingly
• Maintain customer part numbers in ERP system
• Manage EOL (End of Life) of products.
• Handles new customer requirement that involves ERP system update and UAT
• Work together with manufacturing engineer & production to define the relevant process or packing instruction
• Maintain the relevant documents pertaining to BOM management, which includes work instruction, sticker placement
• Interface customer with respect to NPR, ECN, and FCS launch management
• Prepare samples for customer review/approval
• Prepare and participate in customer audit on new SKUs or artwork
• Create BOM structure for all new product release from sketch and maintain item, BOM, ECN and void in customer's SAP as per customer requirements

Report and Masterlist Tracking

• Ensure FAA Tracking List and BOM masterlist are well maintained
• Prepare launch tracking report
• Prepare QBR data on relevant sections
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports as requested by customers and management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
• 1 – 2 years of experience in operations/supply chain environment (PA)
• Good command of English; able to speak and write confidently
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills with good presentation and communication abilities
• Independent and proactive, with strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in printing and packaging industry will be an added advantage
