Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, features, and specifications.

• Define and prioritize product roadmap and feature backlog based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development meets technical requirements and timelines.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide product training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the security camera product range.
• Ensure the competitiveness of the product by conducting cost analysis and preparing cost down plan.
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with both customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment aligned with specified requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to security camera products.
• Prepare documentation such as PMB and other internal communication materials to ensure stakeholders are kept up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the security camera industry.
• Strong understanding of security camera products, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a competitive market.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

(A) Job Summary:

The Specialist for Underground Construction produces work plan and supervises the underground construction works including structure work in tunnels to deliver the product to the requirement of the project. He/she must be knowledgeable about innovative construction techniques, coordination with other contractors and safety issues. He/she is expected to work well with the teammates to achieve the shared goals. Working in shifts will be required.

• Provide planning of underground construction in locations with limited access, from safety, quality and productivity viewpoint.
• Provide engineering supervision to underground construction works.

A Global Products Operations Senior Specialist's role is to support Product Teams as a representative of the Payment Operations organisation - to ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently and securely.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Operations Team:

• Provide daily support to regional Payment Operations Teams with Global Products which include Cards Issuance or Assets or Platform and any other global products, features and processes that are born over time;
• Maintaining consistent and high level execution of recurring responsibilities within the designated domain;
• Work with regional Payment Operations teams, product managers and developers of multiple product teams to find solutions and opportunities for process optimisation;
• Coordinate new products/partners set-up, testing and launches from operational side;
• Coordinate central changes - communicate with Payment Operations teams, collaborate with stakeholders in- and outside of the organisation (from Finance to Compliance and beyond);
• Own training, communication and documentation of Global Products Operations domains;
• Acting as the first level escalation point on the cases and crisis level within own area, handling incidents in your area of expertise;
• Act as first point of contact for global products in Payments Operations organisation as well as Product teams
