This position needs to work closely with vendors and various teams to deploy and optimize infrastructure solutions that support the organization's business objectives.

This position will be reporting to the Infrastructure & EUS Manager or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support planning, design, architecture, implementation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure solutions and services (data centre, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, backup & monitoring) incl. evaluation and adoption of new technologies in alignment with the business plans and priorities in a consistent, holistic, and cost-effective manner
• Collaborate with CoE Tech teams to ensure the infrastructure setup supports the operation needs and adhere to best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
• Source, evaluate fit-for-purpose infrastructure solutions and manage vendors to implement the solutions are implemented in good quality and on time.
• Ensure vendors execute the system administration tasks, including server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance with good quality and are maintained orderly.
