We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo System Administrator to join our team and manage our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Odoo ERP systems and a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process. Responsibilities:

Odoo System Administration liaising with IS&T team and/or external vendor:

● Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.

Job Purpose:

As Senior Product Manager, you will focus on one or more of our flagship media publications. You will move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, identify issues where appropriate, and proactively identify and raise product risks. You will work to define and build critical experiences that will help us match customers with content they love.

You will be a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the growth of the organization through the successful creation and operation of our end consumer facing features. You will interact with external partners and internal users, as well as interface with groups across organization. Job Responsibilites and Qualification:

· Participate in requirements gathering and use case development;

· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts and features;

· Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing;

· Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions;

· Development background (i.e. JAVA);

· Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e. translate and present technical information to business);

· Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation;

· Develop or contribute to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting;

· Front end tech: Angular.js is ideal;

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and promotion of QA related activities and compliance in the company. He/ She is also responsible to:

• Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651.
• Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentations, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
• Manage all system certification, improvement and upgrade issues.
• Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits.
• Plan and conduct management reviews.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities.
